1. Pull sell-through	Compares live inventory against trailing weekly sell-through pulled from POS.
2. Flag excess	Computes units sitting above the target weeks-of-cover threshold.
3. Model the markdown lift	Estimates how much a proposed discount accelerates velocity, and its cost to clear.
